    Job Description

    This is a field-based role covering North Yorkshire and Humber, with a focus on delivering growth across acute and community healthcare settings.

  • Drive new business acquisition within NHS hospitals and acute care environments (approx. 75% of time)
  • Manage and grow existing accounts in community care, ensuring long-term adoption of continence solutions
  • Build strong relationships with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, including clinicians, procurement teams, and infection prevention specialists
  • Develop and execute territory plans informed by market data and local priorities
  • Provide clinical education and product training to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and support
  • Represent the business at clinical meetings, product demonstrations, and regional events
  • Operate independently while contributing to a highly collaborative national team
  • The Successful Applicant

    A commercially driven sales professional with proven experience in acute and community healthcare environments. Background in urology or continence care is beneficial but not essential.

  • Strong track record in medical device or healthcare product sales, particularly in hospital settings
  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across clinical and commercial teams
  • Understanding of differences between acute and community care pathways, including prescription-based models
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a large territory (4 days in field, 1 day home-based)
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to influence and execute strategy
