Vanta Staffing High Wycombe is seeking a full-time Remote Advertising Sales Executive for a rapidly expanding London-based magazine brand. The role covers the Home Counties, including Essex, Bucks, Berks, Herts, and Sussex.
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per annum plus commission
Working hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
This is a full-time remote position with opportunities to visit the assigned regions for business development.
Duties of the Advertising Sales Executive:
- Achieve sales targets and operate within specified yield parameters.
- Take ownership of designated regions and titles, developing new business ideas, feature opportunities, and supplements.
- Contribute to publication layout from a flow and sector perspective.
- Analyze local competition and stay ahead of market trends.
- Utilize the digital agency arm to convert lapsed print clients into new business.
- Drive growth through canvassing local brands and monitoring national brand activity.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth publication processes.
- Identify branding opportunities at the agency level.
- Establish dominance in the hyperlocal territory through business and event activities.
- Represent the brand professionally at shows, events, and exhibitions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments.
- Work with regional teams to identify cross-sale opportunities and business growth.
- Keep the team updated on local developments and publication progress.
- Act as a role model and ambassador for the brand.
Requirements:
- Ability to work remotely.
- Experience in sales, preferably in advertising.
