Key Responsibilities Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with agency partners. Own and grow agency relationships to drive long-term revenue. Deliver compelling pitches and presentations that communicate the company’s unique value proposition. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful client delivery. Stay informed on market trends, client needs, and competitor activity. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in media sales, agency partnerships, or business development, ideally in a digital, content, or tech-driven environment. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and close deals. A passion for video, media innovation, and storytelling.
