AI Software Engineer (London based)

We're seeking exceptional AI Software / Product Engineers who can operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI technology and real-world business impact. This isn't about building demos or proofs-of-concept. You will own end-to-end development of production AI systems serving actual customers at scale from day one.

Architect and build production-grade AI applications from zero to one

The business would at any one time have you assigned to a prospective end customer, overseeing the end to end AI products 9-18 months at a time.

Start up environment projects

Technical Excellence

• Strong engineering fundamentals with 5+ years building AI production systems
• Comfortable with infrastructure (K8s, cloud platforms), backend (Python, FASTapi) and front-end (React, TypeScript)
• Hands-on experience with modern AI/ML frameworks and deployment patterns, including GenAI
• Track record of shipping products that scale to thousands of users
