    • Area Sales Manager

    The Role of Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope:

    As Area Sales Manager you will be tasked with winning projects for the supply of structural building envelope products for new construction builds such as warehouses, factories, apartment blocks and hotels. You will be aiming to develop specifications early on with structural engineers and consultants, contractors, fabricators and installers, then following the project through to completion. You will be supported by an experienced and efficient design and production team which has earned our client an excellent reputation in the marketplace for high levels of service and quality. The role also includes delivering CPD presentations. Your region, which comprises of south Wales and southwest England, is currently performing well with an established, long-standing customer base.

    For the position of Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Field sales experience ideally related to the construction industry but not essential
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Must be well presented, articulate, personable and a strong team ethic
  • Driving licence

    • Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Building Envelope role:

  • £40,000 to £45,000 base salary DOE, plus £12,000 OTE, paid quarterly
  • Hybrid company car

  • 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
