We’re looking for a top-performing Regional Sales Director to join our commercial team as an Individual Contributor for the EMEA region. You’ll help enterprise clients transform their financial infrastructure and deliver more flexible and convenient services to their customers.
In this role, you’ll be the bridge between a stable, global financial company and enterprises, looking to access and deploy our technologies and brands to their clients. You’ll be supported by some of the smartest, most driven people in the industry — but we expect you to bring your own network, skills, and mindset to outperform expectations.
Identify and secure new business opportunities with financial institutions, governments, retailers, and telcos.
Own your P&L — forecast and deliver millions in new sales annually, with average deal sizes exceeding $1M.
Collaborate with product, legal, finance, and customer support teams to align with client needs and drive innovation.
5+ years in senior sales, ideally selling software in financial services or payments, with a track record of exceeding targets.
~ A network of C-level decision-makers you can engage and introduce to our services.
~ An undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or management is desirable but not required.
~ Tech-savvy — familiar with CRM tools, AI, and modern internal and external communication tech.
~ Fluent in English (other languages relevant to the region are a plus).
