Job Description
Identify, develop, and manage sales opportunities across your designated regionBuild strong relationships with existing customers and actively seek new businessPromote technical clay drainage products and solutions to contractors, consultants, specifiers, and merchantsSupport customers with product selection, technical advice, and commercial solutionsDeliver presentations, CPDs, and product demonstrations as requiredWork collaboratively with internal teams including technical, customer service, and marketingProvide accurate sales forecasting and market intelligenceRepresent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and site visitsThe Successful Applicant
Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Sales role within the construction materials sector (heavy sider construction products, clay products or drainage systems preferred).Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a track record of managing senior-level relationships.Ability to work with commercially sensitive and confidential information.Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.Knowledge of UK building and drainage regulations is advantageous.Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as requiredWhat's on Offer
