The successful candidate will develop relationships, promoting configurable and standard component solutions to meet their manufacturing needs.

    Job Description

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with engineers and purchasing decision-makers.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits, product demos, and solution presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal application engineers and product managers to support client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM.
  • Provide market feedback to support continuous improvement and product development.
  • Represent the brand professionally at industry events and trade shows (as needed).
  • The Successful Applicant

  • Field sales experience in industrial, mechanical, automation, or manufacturing components (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain component solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
