Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – East Scotland/ Inverness

About the role

At Brakes, we have ambitious growth plans. If you’re experienced in Field Sales or eager to develop your career in sales, this is a fantastic opportunity to join our Independent Sales Team as an Area Sales Manager.

Key Accountabilities

• Role model our Company Values / Purpose
• Build and leverage strong customer relationships in the independent sector
• Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth
• Partner with customers to understand their growth plans and offer practical solutions
• Monitor competitor activity and ensure the best local solutions are offered
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager for new customer requirements
• Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market

You should be highly service-focused, resilient, and self-motivated, with experience in delivering targets. You’ll have opportunities for career progression and be comfortable adopting new technology, such as Salesforce (preferred but not essential).
