Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Neve Jewels (DF)
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hybrid
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Diamonds Factory locations across a specified region. You’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across multiple stores and showrooms. This role plays a key part in connecting our teams to the wider business and delivering consistent brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support daily operations across store and showroom locations
- Achieve and exceed regional sales targets and KPIs
- Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing managers and sales teams
- Use Personal Development Plans to create strong succession pipelines
- Ensure consistent delivery of our Customer Experience and Sales Journey across all sites
- Maintain visual merchandising and brand presentation in line with guidelines
- Monitor compliance with operational policies and procedures
- Analyse performance data and take action to optimise results
- Support store openings, refurbishments, relocations, and other projects
- Manage area-level budgets, expenses, and payroll
- Oversee inventory and stock loss control
- Act as the main communication link between stores, regional leadership, and head office
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
- Conduct regular store visits, compliance checks, and follow-up plans
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as an Area Manager, District Manager, or multi-site Retail Manager (jewellery or luxury preferred), or a high-performing leader within Neve Jewels
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for developing people
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Commercially minded with a record of delivering business growth
- Detail-oriented and committed to providing exceptional customer experiences
- Confident using retail systems and reporting tools (including Neve Jewels platforms)
- Comfortable with regular travel across store locations
