Area Sales Manager - Homebased / Field Sales – East Scotland / Inverness

Key Accountabilities
- Build and leverage strong customer relationships through a natural curiosity in the independent sector.
- Grow and retain customers, delivering profitable volume growth against targets.
- Partner with your customers to understand their growth plans, add value, and offer a wide range of practical solutions and products.
- Understand competitor activity and proposals to ensure you provide the best local solutions for your customers.
- Work proactively with the Business Development Manager to understand new customer requirements and ensure a smooth handover.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Brakes in your local market.

You should be confident with our modernization initiatives and new technologies aimed at enhancing the customer experience and optimizing performance. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous but not essential.
