National Sales Manager Altegra Integrated Solutions
Location: Midlands or South West (Remote with regional travel)
Reports to: National Sales Manager

At Altegra Integrated Solutions, we’ve built a strong reputation in the UK’s material handling and facilities management sectors. With a team of 100+ experts across two locations, we deliver end-to-end services including equipment hire, facilities management, and accredited training.
Due to continued growth, we’re looking to appoint two additional Area Sales Managers—one covering the Midlands and one covering the South West.Your Role
As an Area Sales Manager, you’ll drive regional growth by securing new business and developing strong relationships with existing customers. You'll promote our full portfolio of new and used Material Handling Equipment (MHE)—offering tailored solutions that make a difference.
This is a great opportunity for a proactive, strategic thinker who enjoys working in the field and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your territory.
- Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM and consistently follow up leads.
- Meet and exceed annual sales targets to support overall business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct site visits and application assessments to recommend effective solutions.
- Oversee the full sales process—including equipment, attachments, and ancillary items like batteries.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, confident, and highly self-disciplined.
- A strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
- Experienced in capital equipment or MHE sales (preferred, not essential).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Independent, yet thrives in a collaborative team.
- Organised and effective under pressure.
