We're seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to join a leading provider of high-performance waterproofing and roofing solutions. This role offers a hybrid working structure, combining home and field-based responsibilities, allowing you to effectively manage your territory.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and manage relationships with construction clients across your territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs and exceed targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events and on-site meetings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally within the construction or building materials sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident working autonomously.
  • Full driving licence, with the ability to travel across your territory.
