Job Description Area Sales Manager – Field-Based (North West)

Location: Cumbria, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Preston, Stoke, Wigan
Full-time | Field-based | Company vehicle provided

We’re looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to own and grow a key territory. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on meeting customers, closing deals, and building lasting relationships.

What you’ll do:
Hit the ground running with a clear territory sales plan targeting industrial and construction clients.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and aim for 8 face-to-face meetings per day .
Win new business, grow existing accounts, and negotiate deals within guidelines.
Work closely with local service teams to ensure customers are delighted.
Keep CRM accurate and report on progress.#

Who you are:
Proven field sales experience in industrial, construction, MRO, or technical services.
Confident, personable, and great at building relationships.
Strong territory and account management skills.
Full UK driving licence and happy to travel daily.
