NEOS Engineering are partnered with a global OEM of heavy plant machinery who are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive sales across Devon, Somerset, and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-class brand, selling high-value equipment such as excavators, telehandlers, rollers, and other capital machinery to key accounts in construction, plant hire, and industrial sectors.

The Role

Manage and grow sales of heavy plant machinery across Devon, Somerset, and surrounding areas.
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Sell a full range of OEM equipment including excavators, telehandlers, rollers, and other capital machinery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with a focus on long-term customer satisfaction.
Represent a globally recognised brand with excellent aftersales and support services.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience selling heavy plant machinery (excavators, telehandlers, rollers, or similar).
Strong network in the construction, plant hire, or industrial sectors.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially aware.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Based in Devon, Somerset, or surrounding areas with the ability to travel across the territory as required.

The Package

£45,000 – £65,000 basic salary
