Here’s what you will be doing:
  • You’ll work for an aggregates business with a solid market share in Lincolnshire, supported by quarries ensuring coverage across Central and North Lincolnshire.
  • You’ll spend your days visiting construction sites and builders’ merchants, managing key accounts, and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • You’ll collaborate with a small, effective management team that values your input and fosters a positive working environment.
  • You’ll start with time in the office to meet colleagues, learn the product range and understand processes, preparing you for success in the field.
  • You’ll earn apetitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000, plus apany vehicle, laptop, and mobile phone to stay connected on the go.
  • Once up to speed, you’ll spend most of your time with clients, with minimal office time, giving you flexibility to manage your day.
  • Your responsibilities will include:
  • Maintaining and growing the market share through proactive account management, regularly visiting clients across Lincolnshire’s construction sites and builders’ merchants.
  • Driving new business by cold-calling and engaging potential clients at physical sites.
  • Upholding the business’ reputation for honest, reliable customer service in every client interaction.
  • Keeping the brand front and centre, sustaining existing business and identifying growth opportunities.
  • We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has proven sales experience with a track record of building client relationships and hitting targets (no aggregates experience required).
  • Is a self-starter who enjoys a field-based role and can balance account management with new business development.
  • Is an excellentmunicator with a customer-first approach and the ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence to cover Central and North Lincolnshire.
