We are currently looking for a
passionate Assistant Event Sales Manager,
to join our Events Sales on a fixed term basis for 12 months, with
an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star
service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in

As an Assistant Event Sales Manager, your main duties and expectations for
the role will include:

Sales & Revenue
Management: Maximise group rooms/banqueting sales, monitor booking pace,
improve conversion rates, and apply yield strategies with Director.



·        
Booking & Proposal
Handling: Manage enquiries within set timelines, prepare proposals, maintain
accurate Oracle Cloud records, and oversee contracts, deposits, and account
standards.



·        
Client Relations &
Business Growth: Build repeat business, stimulate demand during low periods,
coordinate site visits, and maintain competitor and market knowledge.



·        
Team Leadership &
Collaboration: Support the Director of Event Sales in mentoring, supervising,
and fostering a selling culture among the Event Sales team while promoting
cooperative relationships.



·        
Operational &
Additional Duties: Participate in re-active selling, FAM trips and training;
maintain organised workstations, office standards, and strong client follow-up
for repeat events.







You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
