Location: South London Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £60,000 – £90,000 OTE (competitive basic DOE + uncapped commission & car allowance) ⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm

What you’ll be doing Valuing and winning instructions — you’ll have exposure to 15–20 valuations a month . Growing stock levels and driving office revenue. Supporting and leading a small, ambitious team. Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion. Managing your own pipeline and overseeing sales progression. Playing a central role in shaping the office as it scales.
About you Current ASM or Senior Sales Negotiator with a strong track record of valuations and instructions. Proven ability to thrive in a competitive, high-volume market. Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and hungry to step into management quickly. Confident communicator and natural leader.
