Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is looking for an Associate Director of Sales. Manage assigned account profiles in line with Four Seasons standards (MOS), with a focus on revenue generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships across assigned markets, leveraging industry knowledge and market intelligence.
Plan and execute sales strategies including prospecting, sales trips, sales blitzes, familiarization tours, and virtual/in-person client meetings.
Educate and engage travel advisors through tailored communications, training, and hosted events.
Monitor and report on market trends, booking patterns, account performance, and forecasting.
Collaborate with hotel leadership and support the Director of Sales in managing team initiatives and market insights.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar luxury travel sales role with a strong track record in assigned territories.
Deep understanding of high-end leisure travel distribution, global agency networks, and luxury travel consortia.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, accounts, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and design tools such as PowerPoint or Canva.
Experience working with CRM systems such as Golden Sales & Catering (S&C) is preferred.
Flexible to travel globally for client visits, tradeshows, and Four Seasons events.
