Associate Sales Manager To lead a group of 3 – 4 Sales Associates in their day-to-day sales activity. supporting clients in assessing their Human Capital Management strategy & demonstrating why ADP should be their chosen partner.
Responsible for the development & maintenance of a comprehensive plan for team sales activity including pipeline and productivity. Responsible for supporting the wider Leadership group of all active sales processes within the team, ensuring co-ordination of company resource in an optimal and effective manner. To fulfil the standard accountabilities of a Sales Associate in addition to the above objectives.
To monitor the performance of the team daily, co-ordinating resource, monitoring activity, and where necessary initiating corrective action with Regional Sales Manager to ensure sustainable delivery of results. To manage sales opportunities through direct reports Weekly team & leadership sales forecasting. To work alongside your fellow Leaders in identifying training & development needs across the wider team. Delivering training sessions (ad-hoc) To submit the relevant management reports in a timely manner including up to date forecasting information. Responsible for the direction of the team with regards to training, engagement & development. Member of the sales leadership team.
In-depth knowledge of commercial/sales issues preferably within a Payroll/HR software and service environment. Must be able to demonstrate extensive direct selling experience, preferably within a Payroll/HR software and service environment and consistent over performance Team Leader/Sales Management experience (desirable).
