Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 80-100+ outbound cold calls per day in both English and Japanese
• Prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Qualify leads and book appointments for Account Executives.
• Manage leads effectively within CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Research target accounts and industries to personalise outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
• Track and report key metrics to improve performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR or lead generation role (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
• Business proficiency in both Japanese and English
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to conduct effective outbound outreach (cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach).
• Comfortable using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
• Goal-driven, resilient, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
