Branch and Sales Manager
Location: Glasgow
Up to circa £40,000 plus bonus
Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving business growth and operational excellence? We are working with a global engineering firm with offices in Glasgow to take ownership of one of the offices in Govan, overseeing both commercial and operational functions. Take full P&L ownership, drive profitable growth, and develop new business opportunities.
# A proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in a management role.
# Commercial expertise in sales, key account development and customer relationship management.
# A data-driven, process orientated mindset with a keen focus on continuous improvement.
