You'll focus on building customer relationships that last, managing a portfolio of key customer accounts to provide our trademark customer service. You'll help to maintain stock levels across our varied product range, making sure that CCF Bournemouth can continue to meet the demands of our customers, both in branch and online.
This branch-based role does not incur a commissions package, but is eligible for an annual bonus (conditions apply).
What we are looking forIdeally you will have previous experience in a similar phone based role with great customer service skills and able to relate to loads of different people. Self motivated, enthusiastic and organised, you will also have good numerical skills. Full product training will be provided.- Location:
