Salary:£45k to £50k base depending on experience with realistic OTE of up to £80k in year 1
Location:Remote - weekly team-wide calls and quarterly in-person company Quarterly Business Review.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading and fast growing e-Procurement SaaS solution provider in a direct Sales role targeting businesses across the EMEA region with sole ownership of the French market.
As a key member of the commercial team, you’ll have full authority to create and execute your own sales plan and activities with the full and proactive support from our Sales Management, Marketing and Partner teams.

About You
The ideal candidate for this role will bring 5+ years quota carrying SaaS sales experience, selling into the mid-market across a wide range of organisations with a mix of technology maturity from those looking to adopt their first software solution to those looking to move away from traditional monolithic suites to a best-of-breed platform.
Our business has been tightly focussed on providing a real-world technology solution to real-world organisational problems within the procurement function for over 14 years, and we have a track record of providing measurable business value to our Customers to leverage as part of your value proposition.
To succeed in your application and this role, you will need a demonstrable track record of achievement against quarterly new business revenue generation targets, a solution-selling mindset and skillset, competency in identifying, understanding and amplifying business challenges and pain, and the ability to craft a compelling business case to act.

Primary duties include:
●Use a modern selling, multi-channel, cross organisation, multi-threaded outbound approach to prospecting in order to identify potential net new business opportunities
●Engage, discover and qualify across the opportunity from decision makers to practitioners to uncover pain points and present viable solutions through remote sessions, telephone calls, and on-site visits
●Take a consultative sales approach to illuminate prospective buyers to both the potential Return On Investment opportunity and the Cost Of Inaction risk to build momentum to purchase and create urgency within the sales cycle
●Provide both ‘show and tell’ initial demonstrations, then tailored ‘solution presentation’ demonstrations to prospective clients that match functionalities, outputs and outcomes to business needs
●Negotiate commercial terms based on clear pricing sheets and drive progress to Closed Won stage
●Maintain accurate records and forecasts within CRM and participate in ongoing Sales reviews and team-wide training sessions
