Hybrid role - based within reach of London, Milton Keynes or Oxford

£50,000 to £75,000 basic + double OTE + £5,000 car allowance + full benefits package

Are you an ambitious New Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's #1 MSP, a market leader at the forefront of IT and technology services.

Applause IT are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can self-generate leads, win new business, and build strong client relationships. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between home working, the regional office (minimum 2 days per week), and client meetings across the region.

What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach campaigns
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations with compelling value statements
  • Act as a trusted consultant, ensuring clients receive the right solutions for their business goals
