Business Development Sales Executive

We are looking to add some positive energy to our team, someone who likes a mix of working within the team and being out and about. As many of local free papers have stopped since the pandemic which was a key promotion point for the business, we have moved to facebook and e-shots however recognise that we are missing that personal engagement and promotion in the community, plus we could really do with more support in the sales office. This role is designed to be a solution to our needs to have more sales support and achieve more business growth. Your Duties will include:

Promoting our key products are coach day trip's and coach holiday's along with private hire services engaging with the local community to promote and build our client base. Tasks will include investigate and create opportunities present our products in person at coffee mornings, markets, community events, retirement communities etc. Ensuring maximum visibility of our posters and brochures at venues near our pick up points and generally help us find new ways to engage with the local community of Luton, Dunstable and Houghton Regis and surrounding Towns. Working as part of the sales team in the office to take calls from new and existing customers to take and manage orders for the business and assist in building our client base and assisting us in business growth in our offices near Luton Airport. Input to creation of our Day Trips or Holiday Brochure. Being a team player, supporting the sales team with quotations and sales for all aspects of the business and customer services. Giving feedback and input to assist with business growth to the directors. Our target market

is in the our geographical area around our current pick up points are:

people over 50 family groups special interest groups (bowling or walking groups)
