Location: Chigwell Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 basic OTE: £45,000 – £55,000+
The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and high-performing dealership in Chigwell for an ambitious Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site with strong footfall and high-quality stock, offering realistic earning potential of £45k–£55k+.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales process from enquiry through to handover, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Managing inbound showroom, telephone and online enquiries

Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives

Building strong rapport and identifying customer needs

Presenting finance and insurance products
*
Achieving monthly volume and profit targets
*
Ensuring accurate completion of all paperwork and compliance

Delivering an exceptional customer experience
About You
*
Previous car sales experience preferred (open to strong retail sales backgrounds)
*
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving KPIs
*
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
*
Professional and well-presented
*
Full UK Driving Licence
