We are seeking a dynamic Car Sales Executive to become a vital part of our client’s successful team in Poole, Dorset. In this role, you will work Monday to Saturday with a day off during the week and Sundays on a rota basis and benefit from a realistic, uncapped commission structure with an OTE of £60,000 or more.     • Your Responsibilities as a Car Sales Executive:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle and product sales targets
  • Maximise profitability through GAP, Warranty, and Finance products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure loyalty
  • Educate customers on options, accessories, warranties, and finance options
  • Maintain industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Stay informed about all products, offers, and key vehicle features
    • What We’re Looking For in a Car Sales Executive:
  • Proven ability to plan, organise, and meet deadlines
  • Experience in car sales preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer satisfaction and communication skills
  • Confident in working within regulatory and process-driven environments
  • Strong organisational skills to manage appointments and follow-ups
  • Initiative to prospect and convert opportunities
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work in the UK
