New Car Sales Executive Required in Epsom, Surrey
  • Salary: £26,000 Basic + Commission (£47,000+ OTE)
  • Hours: 5 Day Working Week (Weekends on Rota)
    • Perfect Placement UK Ltd are currently seeking a New Car Sales Executive to join our client's main dealership team in the Epsom, Surrey area.     As a New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and helping them find the perfect car to suit their lifestyle.

    Within this Sales Executive role, your typical duties will include:
  • Ensure clients receive credible and thorough advice through their detailed knowledge of the brand and products
  • Extract all opportunities from both incoming enquiries and dedicated follow-up and prospecting activities to deliver a truly unique customer experience
  • Follow the sales process from prospecting to maximise sales opportunities and customer loyalty
  • Demonstrate vehicles and options, including test drives, ensuring customer safety, adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures
  • Fully maintain accurate data relating to customers and enquiries
  • Carry out accurate appraisals of vehicles presented for part exchange
  • Keep updated with FCA Compliance Assessment, working within the Insurance Code of Business guidelines
  • Achieve Sales Executive accreditation
  • Advise on and upsell finance, insurance, and accessories
