Lead and mentor a busy team in a high-volume supermarket environment. Drive team targets, mentor sales techniques, and audit financial documents. Take overall responsibility for the performance of the site. Guide the team through the entire customer journey, from initial contact to final sale, with support from the telesales team.

Qualifications

The ability to mentor and lead others Outstanding customer service skills A keen eye for detail A willingness to obtain FCA Accreditation (training provided) Experience in volume used car sales management (Must Have) A professional appearance
