We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead the global residential and commercial sales function. Reporting directly to the Group CEO and managing a team of 300–400 professionals, this role will be central to driving revenue growth, customer excellence, and brand equity across multiple international markets.

Key Responsibilities Define and execute a compelling sales vision and strategy to maximize profitability. Lead sales expansion across UAE, London, and Australia with scalable growth models. Build and sustain strong client, broker, and partner relationships worldwide. Drive digital transformation in sales through AI, automation, and CRM adoption. Partner with marketing to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate brand positioning. Implement world-class governance, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture across the sales organization.

What We’re Looking For Proven track record of leading large, high-performing sales organizations. Expertise in revenue growth, scalable strategies, and managing diverse global teams. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Relevant certifications (RERA, CRS, RICS) are a plus. Exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills. Strong financial and strategic acumen, with a data-driven mindset.
