We’re recruiting for a newly created Client Account Manager role to support the growth of the business by managing the relationships with key business client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that has recently restructured its operations and customer support functions to enhance client experience and long-term success.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, managing the full customer lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through to long-term relationship development. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive measurable value from their investment, while identifying opportunities for growth, optimisation, and deeper engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
* Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional handover from the Sales team
* Coordinate implementation timelines, system setup, and user access in collaboration with internal teams
* Deliver tailored onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs to ensure clients are confident using the platform
* Capture client goals and success criteria to shape a personalised implementation plan
