Cluster Sales Executive

The Role
The primary objective of the role is to maximise revenue for the hotel through pro-active and reactive selling and commercial management strategies and techniques.
Other accountabilities include:
Ensuring sales objectives and strategies are delivered
Maximising revenue and occupancies, and cross-selling between the wider portfolio
Mapping of the local corporate area to source new sales leads and opportunities
Regular meetings with accounts and clients to ensure strong business relationships are maintained
Working closely with front office and GC&E teams to source and identify new sales leads and to ensure these are followed up on
Maintaining existing customer relationships while also driving new business
Being an ambassador by professionally representing the hotel
The Person
As well as having experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, deliver exceptional service to clients, be highly organised and be able to prioritise their workload. Previous experience with systems such as Delphi FDC or similar would be highly advantageous.
