We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Manager to lead high-performing sales teams across one or more of our depot locations, driving profitable growth while delivering outstanding customer service.
What you'll be doing:
As a key member of the regional leadership team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and motivating Sales Supervisors and Team Leaders to exceed sales targets and customer expectations.
- Driving profitability through strong budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Developing and executing commercial sales strategies to grow and retain a diverse customer base.
- Coaching and developing your teams to deliver a high-performance culture.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.
What we're looking for:
You’re a confident and experienced sales manager who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact. You’ll need:
- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in a depot, B2B, or multi-site environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving revenue and margin targets.
- Exceptional people management, coaching, and performance development skills.
- The ability to analyse data and translate it into actionable insights.
- A customer-first mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience with systems such as CODAS, Excel, and CRM tools.
