Contractor Sales Manager
Overview
Field based Contractor Sales Manager with responsibility for developing sustainable and profitable sales growth of the product range including our main partners product range and associated Installation Materials in compliance with authorized commercial structures.
Sales & Customer Engagement
- Achieve personal and regional sales targets, including turnover and margin goals.
- Maintain accurate customer records (calls, visits, contacts, etc.) in line with company policy & data protection.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Define and review annual sales plans and KPIs with the Regional Sales Manager.
- Conduct data cleaning to support marketing and new business generation.
- Achieve targeted customer visit activity levels.
- Provide weekly forecast updates to Regional Sales Manager with expected monthly performance.
Customer Service & Account Management
- Deliver high-quality customer service via regular visits, calls, and written communication.
- Manage customer accounts daily as directed by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Assist with warranty claims, debt collection, and account development strategies.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with customers and internal teams.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather and report market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, products, and promotions.
- Recommend actions based on market insights to the Regional Sales Manager.
- Provide regular reports and updates as required.
Sales Execution & CRM
- Maintain accurate customer records (calls, visits, contacts, etc.) in line with company policy & data protection.
- Support product launches and marketing initiatives.

Planning
- Manage and grow relationships with HVAC contractors across your assigned region.
- Execute sales plans aligned with the broader contractor strategy worked out in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain and update a personal “Top 20” contractor target list.
- Support project conversion efforts in collaboration with Specification and M&E teams using K-Logic.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Collaborate with internal sales to drive account and product strategies.
- Work with other departments to improve processes, efficiency, and profitability.
- Participate in sales meetings and share achievements and market developments.
Knowledge & Development
- Maintain strong product and service knowledge to handle customer queries effectively.
- Take ownership of personal development aligned with performance objectives.
- Support colleagues by sharing expertise and fostering a positive team environment.
Compliance & Other Duties
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and procedures.
