We’re partnering with a leading global consumer brand to recruit a Country Manager – Europe to create, develop, and lead a new UK-based team while driving growth across the UK and European markets.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the team, strategy, and operations in a dynamic, fast-growing business. You’ll act as the senior-most European representative, bridging HQ and local markets, and ensuring the brand resonates with audiences across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing UK team.
• Drive brand growth and market expansion across the UK and Europe.
• Lead sales, distribution, and partnership strategies with retailers, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
• Represent and localise the brand for European markets while maintaining global standards.
• Oversee operations, logistics, compliance, and efficient market delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• 7–10+ years’ experience in senior commercial or general management, ideally in consumer, lifestyle, or sporting brands.
• Proven track record of building teams and scaling brands internationally.
• Strong understanding of European markets and distribution networks.
• Entrepreneurial, strategic, and hands-on with excellent leadership skills.
• Passion for sport and lifestyle brands.
