Thekeyaspectsoftheroleareconvertinginboundenquiriesintosales,administrationandmaintainingsitecleaningandHealth&Safetystandards. FullTrainingwillbeprovidedintherole.Thisroleinvolvesloneworking.

KeyFeaturesoftherole: Sales/CustomerService DealwithinboundenquiriesviaTelephone,EmailandFacetoFaceand sellstoragespaceandensurethecustomerhasallrelevantinformationtomakeaninformeddecision,byexplainingthefeaturesandbenefitsand pricesolutions(FullTrainingprovided). Achievetargetsbymaximisingallsalesopportunities.Thiswillinclude respondingandfollowinguponcustomerenquiries,overcomingobjectionandclosingsaleswhereverpossible. Administration Reviewingandprioritisingthetasksfortheday,dealingwithnew customer enquiries,completingcontractsanddebtchasing. Banking/PettyCash Reconcilecash,creditcard,DirectDebitandBACSpayments.Completepettycashfloatchecksonadailybasis. Sitemaintenance/cleaning Ensuringthesiteiskeptcleanandwellmaintainedatalltimes.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position (working 40 hours per week) and will require the post holder to lone work and have responsibilities for opening and closing the branch. Pleaseapplynowforimmediateconsiderationandjobstart.
