Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota

Training in London (Travel & Accommodation Provided)

You will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions.

You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders.

Hours of work: Monday-Friday with weekends on a rota

Description of the role:

Identifying and quantifying the potential leads for each customer. Dealing with enquiries via the website, face-to-face and over the phone. Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for all staff and customers. Completing all administrative duties. Working as a team to achieve targets.

About you:

Experience of working within a customer focussed environment. Able to communicate with customers over the phone, face-to-face and via email. Effective up-selling skills and able to work to targets. IT literate including Microsoft Office and using bespoke systems. Able to attend training in London (travel and accommodation provided and more details can be provided)
