Key Responsibilities for this Sales and Customer Service Role: To attend initial training in the office and our client recommends you also attend ongoing skill development sessions to enhance your ability to make sales and a good customer experience To learn about the client, their products and services, important statistics and information which can help you speak with customers and keep them informed To speak with members of the public within face to face environments with the main purposes to provide a face for the brand, create brand awareness and produce sales on behalf of you client To provide feedback on locations, sales stats/ratios to help the company better understand their processes and how to improve them
Requirements: Customer facing experience ideal, but not needed to be successful,
no experience required Willingness to undergo training and attend skill development session to improve sales ability Must be willing and able to
commute daily to the office based in Colchester Must have great English speaking skills
and be comfortable communicating with members of the public
