Customer Success Manager – EMEA
London (remote-first, with optional coworking space once a week)
We’re working with a high-growth digital advertising technology company that is redefining how creative automation is used across the open web, CTV, and programmatic media. Their platform powers thousands of campaigns globally, partnering with leading publishers, agencies, and ad tech platforms to deliver measurable results at scale.
They are now seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the EMEA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-moving, remote-first environment where you’ll play a pivotal role in client success and growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead new client onboarding and ensure a smooth, impactful start
- Manage day-to-day campaign optimisation and performance
- Act as a trusted advisor, sharing best practices and insights
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing accounts
- Build long-term relationships with clients across Europe
- Collaborate with global teams to align client needs with product development
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience in digital advertising, media, or ad tech
- Revenue-focused, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Highly organised with excellent project management ability
- Comfortable working autonomously in a distributed team
- Fluency in English (French or German a strong plus)
