Customer Success Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working closely with customers, ensuring they get maximum value from the services they use, and helping them stay engaged long after the initial sale.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
* Act as the main point of contact for queries, support and ongoing communication
* Lead customers through onboarding and ensure smooth adoption of portals and tools
* Deliver engaging demos, training sessions and walkthroughs
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Support renewals, upsells, cross-sells and opportunities for account growth
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management or similar
* Energy sector experience strongly preferred
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident delivering training and customer presentations
* Highly organised with a customer-centric mindset
* Someone proactive, positive and comfortable managing multiple accounts
