Job Overview
As a Customer Success Sales Account Manager, you will lead your customers to maximize their value from BMC solutions by identifying additional Customer Success and Professional Services opportunities. You will act as the main point of contact, working closely with delivery teams to ensure customer success and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for your customers, collaborating with consultants and architects to optimize their investments and increase profitable revenue for BMC.
- Plan and exceed customer success sales targets by coordinating with sales team members and executing the Value Selling process.
- Build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism, acting as a BMC brand ambassador.
- Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate in solving everyday problems.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience in selling services and leading professional services sales processes.
- Proven ability as a business hunter with a deep understanding of pipeline management, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Strong team collaboration skills and leadership capabilities.
