Presales Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Location: Remote with on site travel
Salary: Up to 95k

Core Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Solution Design
-Engage with prospects early to capture business requirements and understand current challenges
-Map needs to Business Central functionality, highlighting improvements and efficiencies
-Lead workshops, scoping sessions, and pre-sales consultations to validate proposed solutions
-Support the creation of solution architecture documents, functional designs, and proposals
Demonstrations & PoC Management
-Build and maintain demo environments tailored to real-world business use cases
-Deliver engaging product walkthroughs and targeted demonstrations
-Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects to showcase the platform’s capabilities and ROI
-Act as a trusted subject matter expert throughout the sales process
Content Creation & Marketing Support
-Collaborate with marketing to create pre-sales materials, including:
-Interactive product tours
-Technical whitepapers and case studies
-Align technical messaging with campaign objectives and the wider sales journey
-Use CRM and sales tools to monitor customer engagement and identify key buying signals
-Provide feedback on pre-sales content effectiveness and opportunities to improve it
-Stay up to date on Business Central product updates and competitor offerings
-Support business development in new verticals or regions
-Help reduce sales cycles by clearly demonstrating business value and resolving objections
-Provide client feedback to product and delivery teams to inform roadmap and service improvements
-Represent the business at industry events, webinars, and customer meetings
-Contribute to refining scalable pre-sales processes to improve win rates and onboarding readiness
Candidate Profile & Requirements
-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a presales, consulting, or implementation capacity
-Deep understanding of BC configuration, functionality, and best practice deployment
-Experience with LS Retail or LS Central is highly advantageous
-Familiarity with ISVs such as Continia, Tasklet, and the Power Platform is desirable
-Strong communicator - able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Confident in front of customers, with solid commercial and problem-solving instincts
