Key Responsibilities: - Implement and optimize MS Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions to meet client needs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective sales strategies. - Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful software adoption. - Analyze data to drive actionable insights and improve customer engagement effectiveness. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to Dynamics 365.
Skills/Experience: - Hands-on experience with D365 CE, particularly Sales Module (Sales Hub, Lead/Opportunity Management). - Knowledge and understanding of CRM strategy with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. -Strong communication skills with a forward-thinking attitude, bringing ideas and a desire to build something from the ground up.
