Our client an award winning SaaS organisation is seeking an experienced Sales Operations Data Analyst focusing on building core data capabilities across multiple global regions and markets. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving customer success and driving impact across Customer Experience, Digital Experience and Service Delivery.\n\nCentral London location, hybrid, 10 month contract.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n * 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science, ideally with exposure to Customer Success, Operations, or Digital Experience domains.\n\n * Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.\n\n * Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, or similar).\n\n * Familiarity with big data tools (Snowflake, Databricks, Spark) and ETL processes.\n\nUseful experience;\n\n * Python or R for advanced analytics, automation, or experimentation support.\n\n * Knowledge of statistical methods and experimentation (A/B testing) preferred.\n\n * Machine learning and Generative AI experience is a plus.\n\n * Experience working with call centre and/or sales operations.\n\nBenefits\n\n * Long contract\n\n * Hybrid role\n\n * Free breakfast
