About the Role & Team
Note the role will be onsite full‑time at our marketing suite in Twickenham and will be on a rota which requires working 2 weekends on and 2 weekends off per month and working hours of 10am - 6pm.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Sales Lead to take ownership of sales delivery at one of our flagship London developments in Twickenham. This role is responsible for driving direct sales and local agent engagement, maintaining exceptional standards within the marketing suite and show homes, and ensuring a seamless, high‑quality customer experience from enquiry through to sale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day operations of the marketing suite, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning and is always presentation‑ready for viewings.
Drive direct sales by proactively managing customer enquiries, follow‑ups, and appointments and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local estate agents to maximise referral sales and market reach.
Monitor, record, and report weekly sales activity, visitor numbers, feedback, and key performance indicators to senior management.
Work closely with marketing to support local campaigns and events that generate leads and drive footfall.
Ensure show homes, communal areas, and marketing materials are maintained to a best‑in‑class standard.
Support the preparation and execution of launches, open days, and other sales events.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to help shape pricing, product, and marketing strategies.
Champion the customer journey, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and informative experience for every visitor.
Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in residential sales, ideally within London’s new homes market.
Strong understanding of working with local agents and driving referral sales.
Highly organised with excellent reporting skills and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong presentation skills and an eye for design and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
Customer‑centric mindset with a commitment to delivering an exceptional buyer experience.
Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools.
Proactive and self‑motivated with a hands‑on approach.
Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities.
Commercially minded with an understanding of the London property market.
Strong team player who can also work independently.
