We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) – Out-of-Home Advertising | £35,000 – £40,000 per year + commission | Hybrid/Remote

We’re working with a leading media owner that’s going through an exciting period of growth, and they’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (Direct Sales) to join their expanding sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional with experience in the media industry, looking to take the lead on direct sales and drive new business across an innovative OOH advertising portfolio.

What you’ll be doing: ✨ Building and maintaining relationships with direct clients – from SMEs to global blue-chip brands ✨ Managing inbound sales leads and responding to client briefs ✨ Proactively reaching out to new prospects to generate business opportunities ✨ Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver world-class client solutions ✨ Presenting to clients in person and virtually, showcasing creative and impactful media solutions ✨ Contributing to weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets ✨ Developing expertise across OOH formats and experiential activations

What we’re looking for: 3+ years’ experience in OOH/Media sales (direct client experience essential) A strong network of client relationships you can build on A self-starter with proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets Confident communicator and presenter at all levels Organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about media and client success Experience with tools like ALF and HubSpot is a plus
