We’re searching for a Global Sales Engineering Director to lead and scale a world-class SE team across EMEA and the US. With a solid foundation already in place—a talented team of seven and strong market traction—this is your chance to step in and lead from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing global Sales Engineering organization.
- Build scalable processes and technical excellence across regions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership to align GTM strategy and customer success.
- Represent the technical voice of the customer to drive product innovation and roadmap alignment.
- Foster a collaborative, high-energy culture rooted in execution and growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience scaling SE teams globally.
- Strong background in cybersecurity — ideally within early-stage or high-growth start-ups.
- Deep technical understanding paired with strong commercial acumen.
- Hands-on, energetic, and passionate about building from scratch.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
