Director Sales Management

The role focuses on new business acquisition, requiring a proactive and driven sales professional with a hunter mentality. You will leverage your network and experience within the Wealth Management or Retail Banking sectors to generate revenue and close qualified leads.
Drive sales of regulatory or compliance software solutions.
Engage with CIOs, Heads of Risk, Portfolio Managers, and other key decision-makers in financial institutions.
Identify and acquire new customers, managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a hunter sales professional, with knowledge of Core Banking or Wealth Management software products.
At least 3 years of experience selling and closing deals in Financial Services Software, with average deal sizes exceeding $100,000.
Proven track record of selling highly configurable software solutions to financial services firms.
