The Role: Director-Level Business Development Hunter
This is a senior-level business development role focused on high-value, precision-driven sales. You will identify and qualify six-figure opportunities, booking 45 director-level appointments per week with genuine conversion potential. The focus is on quality over quantity, building trust with C-suite decision-makers and creating long-term, strategic partnerships worth £50,000 and above.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and develop enterprise-level business opportunities with large, multi-site organisations.
- Engage and build relationships with senior executives, including Facilities, Operations, and H&S Directors.
- Book 45 qualified, high-value appointments weekly for the Managing Director.
- Develop repeat business accounts through strategic, insight-led engagement.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and position tailored solutions.
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and contribute market intelligence to refine strategy.
- Meet and exceed KPIs, including appointment quality, conversion ratios, and success-based targets.
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B business development or enterprise sales experience at the director level.
- Proven record of engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders to close six-figure deals.
- Skilled in consultative, long-cycle sales with a relationship-driven approach.
- Exceptional communicator with strong commercial awareness and confidence.
- Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely in UK hours.
- A strategic hunter mindset thrives on uncovering opportunities and opening doors.
Remuneration
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): £4,000 per month
- Success Fee: £2,000 for each new account opened (minimum order value £50,000)
